Revel was built in the 14th century and is a typical medieval fortified French town. The covered market square remains an important part of every day life. It has been voted one of the best markets in France. The food is very local and Saturdays are a way of sharing your culinary ideas, as well as, doing your shopping. Food is seasonal and produce 100 percent fresh.

Cuq en Terrasses - Daily changing menu with magnificent views of the countryside. Philippe and Andonis, run a charming small hotel and the food is fabulous. Do make the visit, booking is required.
